A man who allegedly groped and threatened to kill a masseuse is now in custody and charged with aggravated indecent assault.
The man, identified only as ‘R.D.’, was arrested on Sunday after a woman who claimed she had been groped by him reported the incident to police.
Police said in a statement that R.D., who has been living in the UK since 2016, has been charged with indecent assault, harassment and intimidation.
They said: ‘He has been arrested and will appear at Bristol Magistrates’ Court on Monday.’
He will appear in the dock at 9am today.
‘His bail has been set at £1,000,000.
‘We will appeal.’
The woman who filed the complaint against R.S. has asked the court to consider whether to refer the case to the Sexual Offences Act 2000.
It has not been possible to contact R.R. for comment.
The woman, who is in her 20s, told the BBC that she met R. R. in an online forum.
She said she had met R at a bar in London in August 2016, and that she had a ‘sexual relationship’ with him.
In the months that followed, the woman said she said she was ‘brave’ to go to a bar and go topless, and had an ‘intimate’ conversation with R.
A man who said he was a masseur and told her to ‘go and get some pussy’ told the woman to meet him at a hotel in May and was ‘really nice’.
In the weeks that followed the alleged incident, she said, R. D., who is a regular at the hotel, allegedly began to approach her in a ‘threatening manner’.’
He’s like, ‘Come on, go and get your pussy, come on, come back and I’ll give you some pussy, it’s going to be the best night of your life.
‘He’s making fun of me, I’m making fun and making fun, it goes on for about five minutes or so, I can’t take it anymore,’ the woman alleged.’
I’m like, OK, OK,’ she told the Channel 4 News documentary, ‘But he’s really aggressive towards me, he’s like threatening me, and then he’s leaving me there, and he’s laughing.’
She said the man eventually came to the hotel’s balcony and told the young woman to ‘shut the f*** up’.
The man allegedly threatened to ‘blow the f****** door off’ and said:’You better watch out.
I will blow the door off.
If you don’t shut the f**k up, I will have a bit of a problem.’
In the video, the young women can be heard saying: ‘Don’t shut up, don’t come back to the place.
Don’t do this, don´t do that, shut up.
I don’t care what he says, I just want him to leave me alone.’
The young woman told the documentary she had gone to the police about the incident in June and was told it would be investigated by the Metropolitan Police.
She told Channel 4: ‘I had been in a relationship with him for about three years.
I had been with him before, he was really nice to me, but then he would take me on a date and then leave me in the hotel.’
In a statement on Sunday, police said: The man is currently in custody.
‘The investigation is ongoing and he is currently being held in custody.’
